“I just wanted to say that a colleague and I listened to Mairi’s presentation and found it incredibly useful. We work in a very quiet branch with 19 staff, mostly female and there are constant clashes and disputes. Everything she said really rang true and we can see it in so many cases in our staff. We’ve put together a lot of what she said into our own presentation which we are planning on delivering to our staff over the next couple of weeks to give them some food for thought. We’re hoping maybe some awareness of why things are happening might support them to stop fighting against each other so much!
We found it one of the best breakthrough calls we’ve been on so far, it was just so relevant to our workplace!”
